The volume of the universe, including the earth, amounts to 4,2 x 1069‘cubic miles'.
We, the cubists of the Cubic Miles, can get going for years.

Cubic Miles

In a Cubic Miles project, pupils from two countries adopt a cubic mile in the vicinity of their school. This cubic mile is being visualised and researched using four different dimensions. The pupils then mutually exchange information about the working method and about the results. They make a lifelike exhibition in their own school and develop a web-exhibition with the group from the other country.

your mile, my mile
three-dimensional, cubical
we explore, describe, study, research,
design our cubic miles,
from different parts of the world,
and we put them together
we will share our space and bridge distance

Cubic miles is suitable for 'high quality exchange' between pupils of schools in different countries. They discover how domestic and foreign small areas (of one cubic kilometre) contain worlds of diversity. These worlds are basically united, using a combined web-exhibition.
Pupils make the web-exhibition online, in an enclosed part of this website. Using a forum, chatrooms, an internal mailing system and a document depository, they can work out plans and collaborate with each other.
